These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pak367 online gaming platform, operated at pak367.cam ("pak367", "we", "us" or "the Platform"). pak367 is an English-language online gaming information and wagering platform designed primarily for users located in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and pak367. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the meanings assigned to them below:

Your use of the Platform constitutes express, unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

pak367 reserves the right to amend, update or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where legally required. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account with pak367, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned or had an Account closed by pak367 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or agent of pak367, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You understand that gambling carries financial risk and that you may lose your deposited funds.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

pak367 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations. All Users are subject to KYC verification prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds and at other trigger points determined by our compliance team.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card — CNIC, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account is registered in your name).
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by our AML procedures.

Documents must be legible, unaltered and submitted in the formats accepted by our verification system. We reserve the right to decline documents that fail to meet our quality standards and to request alternative documentation.

pak367 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Pakistani users. The following are listed as familiar payment references only and do not constitute endorsement of, or confirmed support by, those providers for gambling services:

• Bank transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other scheduled Pakistani banks

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded. Deposits credited to your Account in error must be reported immediately; continued wagering of erroneously credited funds may result in Account suspension.

pak367 displays balances and wager amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the primary display currency. Actual settlement currency depends on the underlying operator's banking arrangements.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Any applicable Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated within the Account banking section.
• Processing times are indicative only: e-wallets and mobile wallets are typically faster than bank transfers, but no specific timeline is guaranteed.
• pak367 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawals of any amount.

pak367 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, refer-a-friend rewards and ongoing loyalty promotions. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

pak367 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. Promotional amounts referenced on this Platform (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome bonus, PKR 1,000 referral reward) are illustrative of platform offerings and are subject to the published conditions of each promotion.

By placing a wager on pak367, you accept the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport, market or game type. These rules govern event outcomes, void-bet criteria, settlement timelines and dispute resolution procedures.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds or game outcomes, pak367 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to User accounts.
• Cricket markets — including Pakistan domestic matches, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and international bilateral series — are governed by our Cricket Betting Rules, which are published in the Platform's Help Centre.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed before wager confirmation.
• pak367 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any bet or series of bets at its reasonable discretion.

pak367 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered Users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Changes to increase a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain in any given period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications when a pre-set play session has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Temporary exclusions are for a minimum of 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Contact support to activate.
• Account Cooling-Off: Pause your Account for a short defined period without permanent self-exclusion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and/or legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account per individual.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or using the Platform to process illicit funds.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to access the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in conduct that disrupts, damages or compromises Platform security or the experience of other Users.
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of pak367 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

The pak367 name, logo and all related marks, names and slogans are trademarks of pak367. All other trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak367 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

pak367 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error or delay at all times.
• Any specific game, sport or payment method will remain available on the Platform.
• Information provided on the Platform — including RTP ranges, odds, payout speeds or bonus descriptions — is free from errors or omissions.

Where pak367's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the net amount of Funds you deposited in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
