Adults Only — 18+ Strictly Enforced

pak367 is an adults-only platform. Participation is restricted to users who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — whichever is greater. This is not a soft guideline. It is a strict condition of access and is enforced through our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

Every registered user is required to verify their identity before processing deposits above threshold amounts or submitting withdrawal requests. Identity verification uses government-issued documentation — typically a National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport — to confirm both identity and age.

If pak367 has reasonable grounds to believe a user is under the required minimum age, that account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any funds deposited by a verified minor will be returned after the investigation is complete, and no winnings from that period will be paid out.

🔞 18+ only, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/licence jurisdiction. Gambling is not appropriate for minors. Local laws in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may impose further restrictions on access to gambling services.

Age Verification Process

1
Register Your Account

Provide your date of birth accurately during registration. Providing a false date of birth is a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

2
Submit KYC Documents

Upload a clear copy of your CNIC or passport. Both the front and back of the document are required. Expired documents are not accepted.

3
Verification Review

Our compliance team or automated KYC system reviews your documents. You will be notified by email once your account is fully verified.

4
Full Access Granted

Verified accounts have full access to deposits, withdrawals and all platform features. Unverified accounts may have limited functionality pending document review.

Your Responsible Gambling Toolkit

pak367 gives every registered user direct access to the following tools. All of them are free, accessible from your Account settings, and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Account. A decrease in your limit takes effect immediately. An increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period — giving you time to reconsider.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept in a given period. Once your loss limit is reached, you will not be able to place further wagers until the limit period resets. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour delay.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum play session duration. When your time limit is reached, you will receive a notification and be prompted to take a break. Sessions can be set from as little as 15 minutes to several hours based on your preference.

Reality Checks

Receive periodic on-screen pop-ups showing your current session duration and net gaming position. These brief reminders help keep you grounded and aware of time spent, which is particularly useful during live betting on PSL or ICC fixtures.

Account Cooling-Off

Take a structured break from the Platform without committing to full self-exclusion. Cooling-off periods can be set from 24 hours to several weeks. During a cooling-off period your Account remains intact but wagering is suspended.

Self-Exclusion

Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Temporary exclusions are for a minimum of 24 hours. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed. Contact support at [email protected] to activate self-exclusion immediately.

How Limits Work in Practice

Setting limits is the most practical thing you can do to keep your gaming within budget. A player from Lahore who sets a weekly deposit limit of PKR 5,000 and a loss limit of PKR 3,000 has a clear, accountable boundary before a single bet is placed. That kind of structure makes gambling what it is supposed to be — entertainment — rather than a source of financial stress.

pak367 deliberately makes it faster to reduce a limit than to raise one. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect the moment you confirm it. Increasing a limit — whether for daily deposits, weekly losses or session length — triggers a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before the change is applied. This asymmetry is intentional. It protects players who might be tempted to chase losses by raising limits in the heat of the moment.

Daily Limit

Maximum deposit or loss within a 24-hour window, resetting at midnight.

Weekly Limit

Spanning Monday to Sunday. Changes take effect from the following Monday if increased.

Monthly Limit

Covering the calendar month. Increases require a 24-hour delay before activation.

Instant Decrease

Reducing any limit takes effect immediately — no waiting period, no obstacles.

How to Self-Exclude

Self-exclusion is available to any registered user at any time and for any reason. You do not need to be experiencing a problem to use it — many players choose a cooling-off period after a big win or at the end of a busy cricket season. Here is how to activate it:

1
Log In to Your Account

Access the Responsible Gambling section under Account Settings. You will find all limit and exclusion tools in one place.

2
Choose Your Exclusion Type

Select a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 12 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.

3
Confirm Your Decision

You will be asked to confirm your choice. For permanent exclusions a secondary confirmation step is required. For temporary exclusions the change is immediate upon confirmation.

4
Or Contact Support Directly

If you prefer to request self-exclusion by email, contact [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Our team will process this within a few hours, 24/7.

Once self-exclusion is active, you will be logged out immediately. Marketing communications will also be suspended for the exclusion period. Your Account data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the required legal retention period.

Is Gambling Becoming a Problem?

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Recognising the warning signs early — in yourself or someone you know — is the first step to getting things back under control.

Spending more time or money on gambling than you intended, or repeatedly failing to stick to self-imposed limits.

Chasing losses — placing increasingly larger bets to try to recover money that has already been lost.

Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities or personal health because of gambling activity.

Borrowing money, selling assets, or drawing on savings intended for essential expenses (rent, utilities, school fees) to fund gambling.

Feeling irritable, anxious or restless when not gambling, or when attempting to reduce or stop gambling behaviour.

Hiding gambling activity from family members, friends or colleagues, or lying about how much time or money is being spent.

Using gambling as a way to escape stress, depression, anxiety or other personal problems rather than as entertainment.

Continuing to gamble despite repeated negative consequences — financial loss, relationship strain or personal regret.

Preoccupation with gambling — constantly thinking about the next bet, reliving past wins, or planning how to fund future sessions.

If you recognise three or more of these signs in yourself, we strongly encourage you to use pak367's self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek support from a qualified counsellor or helpline. You do not need to be "addicted" to benefit from taking a break.

Quick Self-Check

Run through this brief checklist honestly. If you answer "yes" to two or more of these questions, it is worth speaking to someone or activating a cooling-off period on your account.

Have I ever spent more on gambling in a single session than I planned before I started?

Have I ever placed an extra bet after a loss with the specific intention of winning back what I lost?

Has anyone close to me — a spouse, parent, sibling or close friend — expressed concern about my gambling?

Have I ever felt the need to gamble with larger amounts of money to feel the same level of excitement?

Have I missed work, study or an important commitment because I was gambling or recovering from a gambling session?

Have I ever felt guilty, ashamed or regretful about something related to my gambling behaviour?

This is a self-reflection tool only — not a clinical assessment. If you are concerned about your gambling, consider activating your self-exclusion or deposit limit tools in Account Settings, or contact our support team at [email protected].

What Responsible Play Looks Like

Responsible gambling is not about never placing a bet — it is about approaching the activity with the right mindset, clear limits and an honest awareness of the risks involved. Here is what healthy gambling behaviour looks like:

You set a clear budget before you start — say, PKR 2,000 for the evening — and you stop when it is gone, win or lose.

You treat gambling as entertainment — like a cinema ticket or a dinner out — not as a strategy to generate income.

You enjoy watching a PSL final or an ICC match and place a small bet for added interest — but the result does not define your mood for the following week.

You are open with people you trust about the fact that you gamble, and they do not raise it as a source of concern.

You use pak367's deposit and loss limits as an active tool, not just as a feature you have never touched.

You only gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose — not funds earmarked for rent, household expenses, school fees or savings.

Where to Get Help

Mental Health
Umang Helpline — Pakistan

Umang is a free mental health helpline available to individuals in Pakistan experiencing emotional distress, including issues related to financial stress and compulsive behaviour. It operates in Urdu and English. Contact details can be verified directly via the Pakistan Mental Health Authority or recognised mental health NGOs operating in Pakistan.

Professional Counselling
Licensed Counsellors & Therapists

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) has strong evidence for effectiveness in treating problem gambling. If you are based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar, licensed counsellors and psychologists are available through hospitals and private practices. Ask your general physician for a referral if you are unsure where to start.

Family & Social Support
Talk to Someone You Trust

Sometimes the most effective first step is speaking honestly with a family member, close friend or community elder. Pakistan's strong family and community networks can be a genuine source of support. You do not need to face this alone — and being open about a problem is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Financial Guidance
Managing Financial Impact

If gambling has created financial stress, consider speaking with a financial advisor or a debt counsellor. Some Pakistani banks — including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — offer financial planning support through their branch networks. Mobile wallet providers like Easypaisa and JazzCash have customer support lines if you need help reviewing transaction history.

Self-Help Resources
Online Self-Help Materials

Internationally recognised organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous publish extensive self-help resources in English, covering cognitive techniques, budgeting tools, support group meeting formats and practical coping strategies. These materials are accessible online and do not require registration or formal engagement to be useful.

Protecting Young People Online

If you share a device with children or younger siblings — common in many households across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other Pakistani cities — we strongly recommend taking proactive steps to prevent underage access to gambling websites including pak367.

pak367 uses age verification to prevent minors from registering, but device-level controls provide an additional layer of protection. Here are some practical measures you can take:

Use parental control software on shared devices. Many Android and iOS devices have built-in screen time and content restriction features available under Settings.

Never share your pak367 login credentials with any other person. Keep your Account password private and log out of sessions when using a shared device.

Enable browser-level content filters that block gambling websites by category. Many ISPs in Pakistan and third-party parental control applications support category-based filtering.

Have an open conversation with young people at home about gambling — what it is, why it is an adult activity, and what the real risks of problem gambling look like.

Legal Context — Pakistan

Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts many forms of gambling. pak367 does not claim that online gambling is lawful for residents of Pakistan, does not hold a licence from the Government of Pakistan, the PTA or the State Bank of Pakistan, and does not claim endorsement from any Pakistani authority.

Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws. This page does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure of your legal position, please consult an independent legal adviser.

pak367 is operated under a licence issued by an international gaming jurisdiction. Responsible gambling requirements under that licence are reflected in the tools and policies described on this page.
